Bryn Meadows is fully licensed for civil ceremonies enabling you to exchange your vows at our leading wedding venue in the beautiful rolling valleys of South Wales.

Surrounded by 100 acres of meadowland, our beautiful panoramic landscape features a natural stone footbridge, a delightful pond & fountain and a large sun terrace, creating a magnificent scenic backdrop for your wedding photographs.

Whatever the size of your wedding party, our two beautifully decorated function suites can perfectly accommodate your wedding party or you may choose a marquee which can be set up within the tranquil setting of the hotel grounds. Your wedding day is probably the biggest and most important event you will ever plan, and our dedicated Wedding Coordinator will be on hand every step of the way to help you create a bespoke wedding package.

On your wedding day, our highly experienced wedding manager and dedicated wedding team will ensure everything runs to perfection, leaving you and your guests to completely relax and enjoy your memorable occasion.

The Barn Suite

This beautifully appointed suite is the largest function suite at Bryn Meadows. Classically modern and spacious with spectacular views overlooking the surrounding countryside and eleventh green on golf course which features a water pond & fountain, the perfect backdrop for wedding photographs. French windows lead onto a private paved sun patio where guests can sit outside and enjoy the magnificent scenery. Equipped with a private bar, the suite can accommodate up to 120 guests.

The Beacons Suite

Perfect for an intimate wedding setting, the Beacons Suite is a stylish open suite that can accommodate up to 40 guests for a wedding reception and up to 60 guests for a civil ceremony. The Beacons Suite is bright and airy benefitting from natural daylight shining through the large picture windows on all sides of the room, with panoramic views over the beautiful rolling valleys, tranquil golf course and Brecon Beacons.

Marquee Hire

Set on the sun patio and attached to the main function suite overlooking the countryside and golf course, marquee hire is available for up to 250 guests. We are able to recommend reputable companies with a high level of experience of working at Bryn Meadows, and who deliver a complete bespoke service tailored to your exact requirements. From the fixtures and fittings to the wall linings and chandeliers, the marquees are luxurious and modern, designed to perfectly compliment your plans to the highest quality standard. The marquee is suitable for wedding receptions only, as currently there is no license to conduct civil ceremonies within the marquee. Full details can be discussed with the marquee company.
